Kim Nguyen is a fully qualified lawyer in Vietnam and works as a Senior Legal Adviser specializing in Corporate and M&A, Commercial, Finance and Life Science matters. With nearly a decade of experience, she routinely advises and provides assistance to clients in across various sectors, including banking, hospitality and technology in relation to their investment, operation, compliance, regulatory issues and expansion strategies.

Before joining DFDL, Kim gained valuable experience in advising clients on corporate, M&A, commercial, labor and compliance matters at prestigious Vietnamese law firms.

Kim earned a bachelor of law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2015 and a master degree from Maastricht University in 2018.

Fluent in Vietnamese, English and French, she contributes efficient collaboration to stakeholders and secure seamless and high quality legal assistance to both local and international clients.
