Perspectives on Improving the Investment Climate
Guillaume Massin, as representative of Eurocham, was invited to participate in a panel discussion hosted by the World Bank on “Perspectives on Improving the Investment Climate” in Cambodia. Other panel members included representatives from the Council for the Development of Cambodia, the Ministries of Economy and Finance, Commerce, Labor and Vocational Training, Industry and Handicraft, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; the General Departments of Customs and Excise and Taxation; Various chambers of commerce; RMA; and the Cambodian Development Resource Institute. The event took place on October 28 and was held at the Sofitel in Phnom Penh.
