Sophorne Kheang

Sophorne is a partner of DFDL’s Corporate and Commercial Practice. She has over 11 years’ of experience in general corporate advisory and M&A matters. In the course of her professional career Sophorne has also amassed vast and wide-ranging expertise and familiarity with registration matters, intellectual property rights and corporate secretarial services. Sophorne holds a Master of Law from Pannasastra University of Cambodia) and a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia) and speaks fluent English and Khmer.
