Abi holds a JD degree from Arellano University-School of Law and graduated with the Order of the Flaming Arrows (Academic Award) award. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from De La Salle University-Manila and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Prior to joining OS Law, she spent more than 8 years in one of the Big Four Accounting Firms in the Philippins where she provided tax and transfer pricing services to domestic and multinational companies in industries such as electronics, consumer goods, logistics, business process outsourcing, automotive, engineering, information technology, pharmaceuticals, among others.
She specializes in transfer pricing and leads engagements covering preparation of transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing analysis, testing, price-setting as well as transfer pricing advisory for both local and multinational companies. Abi is also involved in a variety of tax engagements including application for tax treaty relief, business restructurings, and tax advisory covering various tax issues.
She has attended various transfer pricing, international tax and professional development trainings and seminars, both locally and abroad. She has also contributed in the Taxwise and Otherwise column in the Philippine BusinessWorld newspaper.
