DFDL Cambodia Hires Chris Robinson as Deputy Managing DirectorDFDL is pleased to announce that Chris Robinson has recently joined the firm as Head of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group and Cambodia Deputy Managing Director, replacing Olivier Kry, effective 20 May 2013. By way of introduction, Chris is an Australian qualified lawyer with over 16 years’ experience in the Corporate and Commercial area. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, governance and corporate advisory matters. He has experience in advising investment funds, large corporations and financial institutions on acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, market entry and restructuring projects in the Asia-Pacific region, most recently in Vietnam, where he was recognized as a M&A leading lawyer by IFLR 1000. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (University of New South Wales) in 1994 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1996 and the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2004.
