DFDL was awarded Deal of the Year from Asian-MENA Counsel acting as transaction counsel to Heineken Asia Pacific (HAP) in their joint venture greenfield brewery in Myanmar. This transaction was one of the first of its kind to compete in the food and beverage sector in over two decades.Congratulations to the team: David Doran, Nicholas Towle, Thida Aye and Roy Lee.It is the second year in a row DFDL is awarded Deal of the Year by Asian-MENA. In 2012, DFDL was awarded Deal of the Year for its role in Xayaburi Hydropower project (Lao PDR).
