Clint has served as a professional tax advisor in Cambodia for over ten years, during which time he has been directly involved in some of the largest commercial transactions in the region. His wide recognition in the field of taxation stems from advising a broad range of clients, from large globally-listed companies to small- and medium-sized businesses. A regular contributor to the International Tax Review and Bloomberg BNA’s Tax Planning International Asia-Pacific Focus journal, Clint is frequently sought out by South East Asian media organizations for his expertise on tax developments in Cambodia and across the region.

Ivy has practised law for over eight years in both China and Southeast Asia and serves as the Co-Head of the DFDL China Desk. She has developed extensive expertise in advising developers, lenders and contractors on deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and reviewing project and finance documents, implementation strategies and local compliance on a range of projects in the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure (EMI) Practice Group. She specializes in advising China-based clients on cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on energy projects.
