On 8 March 2018, the women and men of DFDL Thailand sat down together for a group discussion to address the topic “what is it like to be a woman at DFDL?’
The discussion centered upon several workplace issues such as statistics, gender inequality, career development, harassment or unwanted attention, cultural differences, work-life balance, and many others. The team expressed their perspectives, perceptions, and concerns surrounding these topics and offered thoughts and suggestions on areas that need improvement.
The evening ended on a light note culminating in a casual get-together for drinks in celebration of the event and the day itself.
