The article, Thailand’s FinTech Revolution – A Regulatory Perspective, considers the relationship between FinTech companies and banks, it provides an overview of the steps being taken in Thailand and ASEAN in regards to the implementation of FinTech, and Thailand’s own legislative actions to ensure an adequate legal framework is in place.
The article serves as an introduction to the work that DFDL is currently doing to promote itself as a firm looking towards the rapidly changing face of the legal industry. The advent of new disruptive technologies, which underpin FinTech and cryptocurrencies, are affecting various industries, and DFDL is positioning itself to be at the forefront of these emerging sectors.
