Congratulations to the DFDL team comprising Martin Desautels, Maly Courtaigne-Op, Huynh Dai Thang, Kraisorn Rueangkul, Jaime Casanova and Anindya Pratidina, as well as Andi Zulfikar and Alfin Nainggolan of Mataram Partners in Indonesia who helped Archetype Group successfully acquire Tebodin’s Asia-Pacific operations.
The team acted as Counsel to Archetype Group, a multidisciplinary construction consultancy established in 2002 in Vietnam with a core services portfolio including architecture, urban and master planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, and project and construction management.
Tebodin and Archetype Group signed the acquisition agreement on 4 March 2016. Tebodin specializes in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services and has a strong focus on the industrial market segment. It has offices in China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar.
Mr. Pierre-Jean Malgouyres, General Director Archetype Group, said, “With the acquisition of Tebodin, we reinforce our market presence in Vietnam, Thailand, India, Myanmar and Indonesia and [it] allows us to extend our reach to China, which is in line with our development strategy.”
