One of DFDL’s advisers, Alex Larkin was quoted by the Cambodia Daily about the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC). Nearly four years after it was established by the Commerce Ministry and one year on from its official launch, the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) held its first annual assembly on Friday the 11th of July. At this meeting, the NCAC adopted its arbitration rules an internal rule. Together with Alex, Ly Sambo, Partner and Head of EMI Practice in Cambodia also attended this meeting.
