Dalouny Rattana

Dalouny is a legal adviser and a member of the corporate and commercial team at DFDL’s Vientiane office. Dalouny’s range of expertise includes company registration and incorporation, the establishment of Representative Offices and NGOs, facilitating the notarization and registration of company statutes, corporate secretarial duties, along with drafting land documents and contracts. She has broad experience with amendments to corporate documents such as the increase or reduction of registered capital, share transfers, changes of managing director, business license renewals, among many others. Dalouny regularly engages in legal research, company due diligence investigations, trademark searches and registrations in the Lao PDR. As an active member of the employment law practice group, Dalouny also guides and supervises the application process for client stay permits, work permits, and visas, along with various other employment matters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Business Law (Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos, the Lao PDR), and speaks English and Lao.
