Recognized for its expertise and strength, DFDL is ranked in its five core markets in IFLR1000 – Energy and Infrastructure. As last year, DFDL received highest marks (Tier 1) for Cambodia, the Lao PDR and Myanmar and came in second (Tier 2) for Thailand and Vietnam.
IFRL1000 – Energy and Infrastructure ranking 2015 focuses on sector specific legal advice in the following areas:
- Energy (renewable and traditional energy, generation and distribution);
- Mining; Oil and gas (upstream and downstream);
- Social infrastructure (hospitals, schools, public buildings and developments);
- Transport (road, rail, sea and airports);
- Telecommunications networks;
- Utilities (sewage, waste and water).
The ranking is based on transactional evidence (submissions), client feedback and peer feedback through interviews. In this global ranking 750 law firms participated and 1,455 individual lawyers were recommended.
