DFDL Lao PDR hosts Australia-New Zealand Business Association’s (ANZBA) “Sundowner” networking event
Over 60 business people enjoyed an evening of food, drinks and networking when DFDL Lao PDR hosted the Australia New Zealand Business Association (ANZBA) monthly “Sundowner” social networking event at a Vientiane restaurant on 4 September.
Event attendees included several business executives and officials from DFDL clients including Phu Bia Mining Ltd, the Australian Embassy, RM Asia Lao Co., Ltd, to name a few.
Managing Director of DFDL’s Lao PDR practice, Brennan Coleman, performed double duty that evening as he is also the ANZBA president. Brennan first updated the gathering on the many ANZBA activities and welcomed new members. Then he switched hats to his DFDL role and spoke about our firm’s expertise as the leading international integrated legal and tax firm in Lao PDR since 1994.
Brennan closed his speech by highlighting DFDL’s Corporate Social Responsibility support for local organizations including the Quality of Life Association, that assists victims of Lao’s unexploded ordinance problem, and the Lao Rugby Federation, of which some members were DFDL’s special guests for the evening.
