The due date for annual Tax on Profit (“ToP”) finalization is fast approaching for taxpayers whose tax year (fiscal year of 31 December 2012) is the Calendar year. ToP regulations present a significant challenge for taxpayers’ compliance in preparation of 2012 annual ToP returns.
To ensure your 2012 annual ToP finalization is lodged in compliance with applicable ToP regulations, DFDL is hosting a breakfast to outline common issues on TOP finalization and preparation of the annual TOP returns. Our Senior Tax Manager and Associate Director of the Tax Practice Group, Hak Viren, and Py Borapyn, Senior Tax Manager, will take you step by step, in Khmer, through practical examples of how to complete tax on profit returns.
