We are thrilled to announce that our law firm was involved in facilitating Averna’s acquisition of Global Equipment Services, Inc. (GES) from Kimball Electronics, Inc, a US-based contract manufacturer of durable goods electronics. This strategic move expands Averna’s presence in Asia and North America, adding new Averna offices in Vietnam, China, India, Japan and Silicon Valley. Not only has this strengthened Averna’s position as a leader in test automation, this also added significant expertise in automation, optical metrology, and defect detection across various industries, including consumer electronics, semiconductor, and medical devices. With this expansion, it has enhanced the company’s ability to tackle large-scale projects worldwide.
We are proud to be part of this significant milestone.
