Lia attained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2017. She was admitted to the bar in 2019. She was awarded as a Distinguished Intern by the University of the Philippines Office of Legal Aid. Lia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Financial Institutions at De La Salle University Manila in 2012. Prior to joining the firm Lia has been exposed to tax, transfer pricing, tax treaty relief applications, corporate, and litigation practice.
