Paul Volodarsky Speaks at Vietnam Real Estate Technology and Trends Going Forward Seminar

On 4 September 2019, AMCHAM Vietnam and DFDL organized a morning seminar on Vietnam Real Estate Technology and Trends Going Forward. The event aimed to help investors from three different perspectives: a legal overview highlighting recent laws on developments and sales of condotels and officetels; a developer perspective illustrating new technological advantages and difficulties with new residential and commercial products; and real estate agency concerns regarding the future of the hospitality market in Vietnam and technological trends. DFDL Senior Legal Adviser, Paul Volodarsky, shared his experience and insights on the current legal framework undergirding the Vietnamese real estate market with regard to condotels and officetels. The audience gained valuable knowledge on the state of the Vietnamese real estate sector developments and legal developments set to impact it in the coming years.
