We are pleased to announce the appointment of Standre Bezuidenhout as a senior associate within the Firm, based in our Vientiane office.
Standre joined our Lao team in November 2018 after previously practicing as a senior associate in the corporate and commercial practice of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr in Johannesburg. Standre specialises in both local and cross border merger and acquisition transactions and has experience in the formation, structuring and restructuring of business entities in various jurisdictions.
Standre has been a welcome addition to the Lao team and we congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion.
