Danyel Thomson, Head of DFDL’s Regional Employment Practice Group, has returned to work in DFDL’s Bangkok office. Danyel began with DFDL in 2007 in Vientiane, Lao P.D.R. and worked most recently in our Yangon, Myanmar office. During her six years in the Lao P.D.R., Danyel developed an interest in labor and employment matters and began focusing solely on this practice area. In 2016, Danyel formed DFDL’s Regional Employment Practice Group with primary objectives relating to developing a team of dedicated advisers throughout the region to efficiently provide expert advice on employment matters given DFDL’s unique position within countries where the labor law frameworks continue to develop.
