The Lao PDR team contributed the Lao PDR chapter in the sixth edition of the Asia Pacific Property Investment Guide published by Jones Lang LaSalle and Ashurst. Content was provided by Rupert Haw, Senior Regional Counsel and Managind Director, Lao PDR, and Rutherford Hubbard, Senior Legal Adviser. DFDL has provided the Lao chapter for this publication for several years running and is the only firm to contribute to the publication in Lao PDR this year.
The guide details information on real estate laws and gives an overview of key issues that foreign investors will face when investing in the Asia Pacific region especially related to the real estate sector.
