Pagna is a Senior Accounting Manager with experience in producing management accounting reports, including internal control and process management. Pagna also advises numbers of clients on accounting software such as QBO, Xero, ERP and locally-built software for a number of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, trading, transportation, logistics, dental clinic, and education.

With more than 15 years of professional experience with internal audits, accounting, and finance, Pagna has experience with local and international companies and financial institutions.

Pagna has participated in professional training in IFRS, Internal Audit Management, Practical auditing, and Transfer Pricing with KICPAA (Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Auditors).

Pagna has dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and English for business communications along with a Diploma in Cambodia Tax. Pagna is currently pursuing her Association of Chartered Certified Accountant qualification (ACCA) at CamEd Business School.
