Surath Bhattacharjee is a Senior Adviser at DFDL Myanmar. Prior to joining DFDL, he was a Senior Associate at a regional law firm and worked for its offices in Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar where he advised clients in general corporate, foreign direct investment and project financing matters. He also provided extensive advisories on foreign exchange and related matters for several foreign companies across various sectors of the Myanmar economy. He has experience in debt impact investments in Myanmar and has advised several financial institutions based out of the USA, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, in their debt investments in Myanmar.

At DFDL, his areas of practice include general corporate, banking and finance, energy, mining and infrastructure.
