Siwaphorn is a Senior Legal Adviser based at the Bangkok office. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, anti-competition, data protection, labour and employment, regulatory compliance, and real estate.
Siwaphorn holds two LL.M. in General Law and International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen, U.K., and she also holds a Barrister at Law from The Institute of Legal Education Thai Bar Association and an LL.B. from Thammasat University, Thailand.
