Paul is the regional head of the real estate practice group and the regional head of the hospitality sector. His practice focuses on corporate structuring for real estate investment, hotel management agreement negotiation and drafting, industrial and retail property acquisitions, and construction contracts.

He has advised individual buyers, developers and investment groups on real estate investment throughout Southeast Asia with a focus on the industrial and hospitality sectors along with the growing data center market. While advising clients, his focus is to understand their investment goals and to identify creative solutions to achieve the desired outcome. He has significant experience handling the legal complexities associated with real estate project development covering industrial and logistics facilities, hospitality projects (including branded residences, and residential property developments, and office and commercial leasing).

As a leader in the hospitality practice for DFDL, he has represented hotel developers and international hotel brands in review and negotiation of hotel management agreements, including Intercontinental Hotel Group, Radisson Hotels, Hyatt International, and Marriott International.

Paul is based in Bangkok with frequent travel to Ho Chi Minh City.
