Panida is a Senior Adviser at our Bangkok office, with extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, M&A, real estate, project development, and restructuring and insolvency. She provides practical and strategic advice to both Thai and international clients and has worked with various sectors such as medical, pharmaceuticals, aviation, education, hospitality, and industrial and manufacturing.
Panida earned a Master of Laws degree in Environmental Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a Master of Laws in International Economic Laws from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a member of the Thai Bar Association and is a notarial lawyer. Panida is fluent in English and Thai.
