Li Wei is a Business Development Consultant based in Shanghai. He has twenty-four years of experience in both international law firms and local Shanghai law firms. His expertise has been inbound and outbound investment, general corporate, international commercial litigation, trade defense instruments (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, safeguard).
He is one of the first lawyers engaged in trade remedy investigation in China. Since he represented Wenzhou and Ningbo enterprises in the EU anti-dumping case against disposable lighters in 2002, he has represented dozens of Chinese enterprises in the EU, Turkey, Pakistan and other anti-dumping investigations.
He also has extensive experience in trade, investment and other businesses between China, Europe and France, providing legal services for Chinese enterprises investing in Europe, especially France, and vice versa.
