Leab has more than a decade of experience in offering strategic guidance and legal advice to multinational corporations. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, foreign investment, public-private partnerships, telecommunications and ICT, mining, energy, oil, and gas, clean water supply, maritime and inland water transportation, factory and hospitality. With a diverse background that covers various practice areas, Leab has a broad range of skills set to cater to a wide range of client needs.
Educationally, Leab earned a Master of Law - LLM from the University of Auckland in New Zealand, and a Master of Applied Business – MAB from Unitec Institute of Technology in New Zealand, enhancing his understanding of international legal frameworks and broadening his perspective on global business practices. Leab also completed a Bachelor of Law - LLB from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Cambodia in Phnom Penh, equipping him with a strong foundation in legal framework, business principles and management practices. Leab speaks Khmer and English.
