Bin Hau has assisted in numerous cross border transactions including corporate restructuring exercises, foreign initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. His exposure also includes matters in relation to the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre.

Bin Hau started his career in legal practice in a top tier Beijing-based law firm in China as foreign legal counsel. He then joined one of the largest law firm in Malaysia in 2016 and was eventually made a partner specialising in corporate & commercial. As a key member of China Desk, he has also assisted many Chinese clients on their investments abroad into ASEAN.

Bin Hau is recognised by IFLR 1000 as a Rising Star Partner in Corporate and M&A. He is also featured in the Malaysia A-List: Top 100 Lawyers 2024 by Asia Business Law Journal.
