Benjamine is a Regional Senior Legal Advisor and a member of DFDL’s Corporate and Commercial practice in Cambodia. Based in Singapore, Benjamine works with a broad range of clients on single and multi-jurisdictional mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint venture structuring, project development and market entry.

She has particular experience in helping multinationals with their regional projects and expansion into the ASEAN region.

Benjamine also spends time in DFDL’s Cambodia office and has also practiced in Taiwan.

Benjamine holds an LPC, and an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law Bloomsbury, London, along with an LL. B from City Law School, London. She is fluent in French, English, and Mandarin.
