Ngoc Nguyen Bao is a fully qualified lawyer in Vietnam. Prior to DFDL, he worked for a leading Vietnamese law firm for nearly 14 years.

He has assisted clients in various sectors including banking and finance, M&A, insurance, real estate, energy, employment, corporate governance, dispute resolution and litigation.

Ngoc has provided legal advice and assistance in several syndicated loan transactions for either lenders (foreign and/or local) or borrowers, including those relating to transaction structure, documentation, negotiation, closing, and registration of foreign loan and security with local authorities.
