Araf, a Senior Associate at DFDL Bangladesh, is a transactional lawyer based in Dhaka. He has experience of practicing law in Bangladesh for over 6 years. He has extensive experience in dealing with banking and finance matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring along with advising on corporate and regulatory compliance issues to multinational investors, banks and NBFIs. At DFDL Bangladesh, he is also involved in reviewing and negotiating project documentation aspect of infrastructure, power and energy projects, reviewing and preparing share purchase and subscription agreements, finance and security documentations for project and corporate financing and perfecting security given in respect of the same.

Araf, from time to time also deal with company incorporation and general corporate matters and registration of intellectual properties.

Araf obtained his qualifying law degrees from City, University of London, United Kingdom. He is qualified as an Advocate in Bangladesh and is enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council.’
