Our real estate team represents developers, financiers, contractors, and other project parties on commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
We regularly advise on land and building acquisitions and sales, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, leases, EPC contracts, offshore and onshore guarantee, and wrap around arrangements, turn-key projects. We have senior expertise and experience in residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects on BOT, BOO, BOOT, and other internationally recognized bases and structures.

- NagaWorld in relation to its plans to develop a USD 350 million resort in Siem Reap province in the north of the country.
- Chip Mong Group on its acquisition of Grand Phnom Penh International City, a 260 hectares site with investment capital of USD 600 million, to develop the premium residences and a water park.
- Anamaya, a Thai-based hospitality company, with respect to its expansion to include both a residential portion and hotel portion; including relevant permissions and restrictions for foreign investors in the project.
- Pioneer Global Group; a Hong Kong-based hotel operator, on the acquisition of Sofitel Hotel Silom; including assistance on negotiations for the first franchise agreement with Accor Group in Thailand.
- Radisson Hotel Group with respect to advice on potential expansion of the Radisson brand in Vietnam including due diligence and legal structuring advice for all potential projects under consideration by Radisson Hotel Group in Vietnam.
- China Road and Bridge Corporation in relation to assistance with the review and negotiation of a concession agreement with the government regarding the construction of Phnom Penh- Sihanoukville Expressway, in Cambodia.
