Jidapa is a Senior Tax Adviser with extensive experience advising clients on Thai and international tax laws.

Jidapa previously worked on the international tax team at KPMG and advises clients on inbound and outbound transactions, tax efficient investment structures, cross-border tax issues, and permanent establishment risks.

Jidapa has a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Law with honours from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a licensed lawyer.
