Mr. Sarin, a highly experienced US-trained lawyer with a license to practice law in Cambodia. His areas of expertise include commercial and intellectual property law, banking and finance, real estate and construction, litigation, dispute resolution, employment, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and legal reform for equitable socio-economic development in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Currently, Mr. Sarin is the Senior and Managing Partner of Sarin & Associates, a reputable law firm registered in the Bar of the Kingdom of Cambodia and in commercial cooperation with DFDL.

Throughout his career, he has authored numerous publications, co-edited consolidated Compendia of Cambodian Law in both Khmer and English, and has made significant contributions to the development of commercial and intellectual property law.
