Saif, a Partner at DFDL Bangladesh, is a transactional lawyer based in Dhaka. Having practiced law in Bangladesh for over eight years, Saif has a proven track record in advising on significant projects in the areas of energy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and real estate.

His extensive experience includes advising on large-scale initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and project financing in collaboration with international banks and development finance institutions (DFIs). Saif excels at helping clients achieve their commercial objectives and provides strategic counsel to foreign entities seeking to enter within Bangladesh's intricate regulatory and financial landscapes.

Saif completed his LL.B (Hons.) from University of London in 2013. He is qualified as an Advocate and is enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council.
