As you are aware, the Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) rules in Vietnam have been updated recently. FCT rules impact on foreign companies doing business in Vietnam and impose compliance requirements for Vietnamese based companies engaged in transactions with non-residents.
We are hosting a breakfast seminar to update you on the practicalities of this new Circular. Our breakfast seminar will cover the following:
