Trin Ratanachand is a Legal Adviser based at the Bangkok office. Trin has experience working on local and multi-jurisdictional matters covering corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, energy, labor and employment and restructuring and insolvency.
Trin graduated with honors with an LL.M in International Business Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in France. He also holds an LL.B with first-class honors from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Trin speaks fluent Thai and English.
