Jan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2014.
He has extensive experience in corporate secretarial, regulatory compliance, and due diligence work for clients, including publicly listed corporations; contract negotiation and review; intellectual property; and special projects such as those involving public-private partnerships. Prior to joining the Firm, he also handled litigation accounts and represented clients in court, proceedings before administrative bodies, and local and international arbitral tribunals, e.g. the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission and Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
