Breakfast Tax Seminar
Preparing your 2014 Vietnamese Tax Agenda
When: 11 December 2013
8:30 am – 10:30 am
Where: Sofitel Hotel
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
The year 2014 will see remarkable changes in the Vietnamese tax landscape.
As the government seeks to strike a balance between spurring growth and effective tax enforcement, taxpayers will enjoy favorable reforms that come with a lower income tax rate and enhanced tax incentives. We will also see further enforcement of anti-abuse policies such as the introduction of the proposed tax treaty abuse regulations, conduct of more rigorous tax audits, and a continuing focus on transfer pricing.
DFDL, in cooperation with regional transfer pricing firm Quantera Global, presented the trends in a FREE breakfast tax seminar set on December 11th, 2013 at the Sofitel Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Key presentations included:
- 2014 tax reform update and trends in tax audits
- International tax trends: Finding fertile ground in Vietnamese tax enforcement
- Regional Transfer Pricing Trends
