On 7 June 2018, Walter Heiser, DFDL Partner, served as Chairman for the conference “Project Financing Thailand 2018” which was held in Bangkok. He also presented on “Minimising Legal Challenges in Emerging Market Financing”. Walter’s presentation focused on deal killers to avoid, the appropriate security package, credit enhancement options, work-out scenarios and issues on foreclosure and enforcement.
