DFDL’s Partner Jack Sheehan contributed an article to the monthly news magazine Voyageur of the Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
His article “Thai-Canada Myanmar Investing” outlines the careful considerations of the tax implications to be made when investing in the recently opened economy in the “last frontier” market in ASEAN.
The article describes the use of Thailand or Singapore for structuring investments into Myanmar with a particular focus on issues concerning Canadian investors.
