We provided legal due diligence and regulatory advice in Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines which add to Ramboll’s new local presence. The company now has over 900 experts across 20 countries and is making significant progress towards its goal to becoming a global leader in wind energy. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.
