It is our pleasure to have served as legal counsel in Ramboll’s recent acquisition of K2 Management, a major transaction that strengthens Ramboll’s global wind division. We provided legal due diligence and regulatory advice in Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines which add to Ramboll’s new local presence. The company now has over 900 experts across 20 countries and is making significant progress towards its goal to becoming a global leader in wind energy. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.
