Kunal Sachdev (Regional Legal Adviser) and Thamonwan Na Nakara (Legal Adviser) recently authored an article “Understanding Digital Assets From a Thai Regulatory Context” that was published in the July – September edition of CanCham Thailand’s ‘Voyageur’ quarterly magazine. The article offers a succinct overview of the different categories of digital assets available, what they actually are, and how new legislative developments are beginning to affect digital assets and cryptocurrency trading in Thailand.
