Trimco Group, a leading global supplier of brand identity products for international fashion and sports brands, has successfully acquired Nexgen Packaging, a global provider of brand identity and packaging solutions to specialty retailers, apparel, and footwear brands globally. This acquisition marks Trimco Group’s third strategic acquisition since 2022, amplifying its growth strategy in the retail, apparel, and footwear industries.

DFDL provided comprehensive Vietnam law support for the transaction, encompassing legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and facilitation for a smooth completion.
