DFDL advised PSS Group on its strategic partnership and joint venture with I Squared Capital, a leading global infrastructure investment manager, and Berde Renewables, Inc. This collaboration brings together PSS Power’s deep local expertise and proven track record with I Squared Capital’s global experience and financial resources.

The joint venture aims to develop 300 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy projects in Thailand over the next three years, focusing on solar photovoltaic, battery storage, and hybrid energy solutions. These projects will cater to the growing demand for sustainable power across industrial, commercial, and grid-scale applications in Thailand.

DFDL’s team was led by Partners Vinay Ahuja and Chuan How Tan, providing comprehensive legal support to facilitate this milestone transaction.
