Angus Mitchell, Matthew Christensen, and Kraisorn Rueangkul recently wrote an article  in The Bangkok Post about the rules regarding medical malpractice in Thailand. As Thailand becomes more and more of a hotspot for medical tourism, these laws will become increasingly important.
