Phet has previous experience working with local Lao law firms, focusing on registration, licensing and contract reviews. He has also provided consultancy services to various international organizations, including International Trade Centre. Phet recently obtained his Doctor of Laws from the University of Pecs, Hungary, and previously obtained a Master of Laws from Osmania University, India and Bachelor of Laws from the National University of the Lao PDR.
